Surreal in its timeless beauty, this landscape lends itself perfectly to an environmentally sound and recreational destination resort.
An upper plateau with embankments of various grades descending to a lower river valley allow for a uniquely fascinating and exciting motor course layout. At the eastern edge of the site, the valley narrows into a canyon marking the western edge of the Canadian Badlands that extend to Drumheller, Alberta. The entire northern ridge in the middle of the site provides gorgeous views of the river valley and canyon.
The site was selected for its unique topography and location near, but not too near, Calgary, a city of more than one million people and a major transportation hub. Calgary is far enough away that members and visitors would want to stay for prolonged periods, yet still close enough that they could come only for the day.
